1. Regulations

The Bluball program is governed by the terms and conditions as published on the website www.bluball.com. These documents are also available upon request at info@bluball.com and contain important limitations of liability.

2. Participation

Each entry in the draw includes a combination of 6 numbers ranging from 1 to 48 (the "Combination") for the regular draw. It also includes a selection of numbers from 1 to 48, inclusively (the "Selection") for the Bonus Draw.

2.1 Participation issuance
To participate in the activities offered by Bluball, the user must first create a “Client” account on the website www.bluball.com. Once the account is created, the client may add Bluball Credits, allowing access to the various promotional activities and enabling the generation of a unique combination assigned randomly, while still making their own choices within the Bluball experience. Bluball Credits may be obtained using a gift card available from authorized retailers, via Interac e-Transfer, or through cryptocurrency. The combinations are generated randomly by a computer system, while participation parameters remain at the client’s discretion. Each participation in an activity requires a specified number of credits, generally ranging between 3 and 5 credits.

2.2 Pool
The Pool represents the amount of Bluball credits allocated for the draws of selections and winning combinations.

3. Drawings

The draws take place once a week, every Wednesday at 10:00 PM, throughout the year. Betting closes at 9:55 PM on Wednesdays. On each draw date, or as soon as possible thereafter, Bluball will conduct a random draw to determine a winning Combination and a winning Selection from all the Combinations and Selections distributed to Bluball customers.

6. Prize calculation

The prizes resulting from the drawing are determined as follows:

  • (1) "Share of the Pool" means, regarding this category of Winning Combinations in the 6/6 category, an amount calculated as a percentage of the total Bluball Credit Pool.
  • (2) "Free Entry" means, regarding this category of Winning Combinations in the 2/6 category, a fixed amount of Bluball Credit equivalent to 5 (five) Bluball Credits for this category.
  • (3) "Share of the Pool' means, regarding this category of winning selections in the 1/1 category including the Bluball, an amount calculated as a percentage of the total Bluball Credit Pool by dividing it equally among the proportionate winning players of the Bluball Credit Pool for this category.
7. Prize distribution

The prizes resulting from the drawing are distributed as follows: 

Each winning Bluball Credit prize is directly credited to the account of the winning player.
