GENERAL

These rules, terms, and conditions apply when you participate and play the Bluball Game. This page outlines the terms and conditions that are applicable to all Bluball Credits and games accepted by us, as well as all services offered by the website www.bluball.com, operated by BLUBALL, referred to as "the Website."

In these Rules, Terms, and Conditions:

The term "Agreement" refers to these Rules, Terms, and Conditions.

The term "Bluball Game" refers to the game located on the website www.bluball.com and collectively includes the online game we own and/or operate, including but not limited to BLUBALL.

The term "Account" refers to a unique account assigned to you by the Bluball Game.

The term "Chargeback" means the reversal of charges related to your debit card or third-party deposit transaction, initiated either by you, your debit card issuer, or any other third-party payment provider. This usually occurs in response to a dispute or payment dispute concerning a specific transaction, resulting in a refund of fees or funds to the buyer, thus canceling the original transaction.

The term "Closed Player Account" refers to an account that has been closed, deregistered, or excluded by us and/or by you. This means that access to the account has been permanently revoked or suspended in accordance with established policies and procedures.

The term "Inactive Account" refers to a player's account that has not recorded any logins and/or logouts for a consecutive period of more than 6 (six) months, without any financial transactions. In other words, it is an account that has shown no gaming activity for an extended period without any financial involvement.

The term "Participate" refers, but is not limited to, any of the behaviors described in sections 4.1.1 to 4.1.7 below, as well as visiting the website www.bluball.com, playing games offered by the Bluball Game, using the Bluball Game and/or Software in any manner. In other words, it encompasses all actions related to using the site, participating in games, and interacting with the Bluball Game and its software.

The term "Payment Service Provider" refers to a third party with whom we have an agreement to process money and/or cryptocurrency transfers. This means it is an external entity with which we collaborate to facilitate financial transactions, including deposits and withdrawals, related to the use of the Bluball Game and associated services.

The term "Player" refers to and encompasses an Active Player, an Inactive Player, and/or a Player with a Closed Account. This means it includes any individual who has created an account and/or interacted with the Blub all Game, whether they are currently active, inactive, or have a closed account. In other words, it includes all users who have had a past or present relationship with the Bluball Game, regardless of their status.

The term "Service" refers to the availability and provision of software that allows you to play the Bluball Game using the internet, your computer, tablet, and mobile phone. In other words, the Service encompasses making the Bluball Game and associated features available, allowing Players to participate using various connected devices.

The term "Software" refers to any software that is owned by us and/or licensed to us, which must be used to connect you via the internet to participate in the Bluball Game; it is the computer program necessary to access and play the Bluball Game online.
The terms "We/Our/Us" refer to BLUBALL, a company headquartered at Centro Empresarial Forum Uno, Edificio B, Segundo Piso, Santa Ana, San Jose, 10903 Costa Rica, which is the owner, operator, and operator of the Bluball Game Website. These terms are used to refer to the entity responsible for managing and operating the Bluball Game and its associated website.

The term "Your Jurisdiction" refers to the jurisdiction in which you are domiciled, reside, or work. In other words, it is the country or region where you have your legal residence or usual place of work.

For users, all transactions between the Player and BLUBALL take place in Costa Rica. BLUBALL reserves the right to locate its main servers in Costa Rica and/or in any other location of its choice outside of Canada. The Player's gaming contract is established with BLUBALL, the company providing gaming services to the Player. This means that gaming operations and interactions between the Player and BLUBALL take place in Costa Rica, and BLUBALL is responsible for providing gaming services to the Player.

1. YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE BLUBALL GAME

1.1. PARTICIPATION

1.1.1 Participation in the Bluball Game is entirely at your own choice, discretion, and risk. This means that you voluntarily decide to participate in the Bluball Game with awareness of the associated risks, and you are solely responsible for the consequences of your participation. You may choose to play or not to play, but if you choose to participate, you agree to the terms and conditions related to the game and assume responsibility for your actions and results.

1.1.2 Participation in the Bluball Game is strictly intended for personal entertainment purposes only. This means that the game is designed to be played for leisure and entertainment purposes, not for serious professional or financial purposes. Players must understand that the game is a pastime and should not be considered a source of income or an investment activity. It is essential to play responsibly and not jeopardize your financial situation by participating in the Bluball Game.

1.1.2.1 Each player is responsible for their gaming activities and must ensure that they do not violate any laws or regulations prohibiting gaming and/or online gambling on the internet. Before relying on any information contained on the website, it is essential to check the regulations in your own jurisdiction. The Bluball Game disclaims all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for any use of the website, whether the service is moderated or not. Each player is solely responsible for verifying whether it is legal in their jurisdiction to participate in the Bluball Game and must comply with local laws and regulations regarding gambling.

1.1.2.2 The Bluball Game has geographical restrictions concerning the opening of Player accounts and the processing of financial transactions. It is specified that the Bluball Game cannot open Player accounts or process financial transactions for individuals residing in the following countries: Afghanistan, Albania, Bahrain, Barbados, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Cambodia, Cayman Islands, Cuba, Egypt, Haiti, Israel, Jamaica, Jordan, Kuwait, Mauritius, Morocco, Oman, Pakistan, Panama, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Turkey, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, Belarus, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar (Burma), Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine – Crimea region*, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe. The Bluball Game also reserves the right to modify this list of restricted countries at any time at its sole discretion. These restrictions may be put in place to comply with the laws and regulations of each jurisdiction and to adhere to the security and compliance policies of the Bluball Game. Players must respect these geographical limitations and ensure they do not violate the established rules.

1.1.3 You may only participate in the Bluball Game if it is legal for you to do so in Your Jurisdiction.

1.1.4 To register and create a Player account in the Bluball Game, all Players must be over 18 years old. In addition to this requirement, you may only participate in the Bluball Game if you have reached the legal age of majority in Your Jurisdiction. This means you must be legally recognized as an adult in your country of residence before you can play the Bluball Game. The Bluball Game reserves the right to request proof of age to verify that players meet this age requirement. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof of age or if you do not meet the age requirement, your account may be suspended until appropriate documents are provided.

1.1.5 The Bluball Game does not guarantee the legality of your participation in the game concerning the laws of Your Jurisdiction. As mentioned earlier, it is up to you to ensure that you are allowed to participate in the Bluball Game by adhering to the laws and regulations in force in your country of residence. Laws regarding gambling and gaming activities can vary significantly from one country to another, and it is your responsibility to comply with these laws. If you are unsure about the legality of participating in the Bluball Game in your jurisdiction, it is recommended to consult local laws or seek competent legal advice to ensure you do not violate established rules. By participating in the Bluball Game, you accept this disclaimer of legality and assume responsibility for your online gaming actions.

1.1.6 As the operator of the Bluball Game, we have the right to request proof of your identity and age before allowing you to participate in the game. This request for proof of identity and age is intended to ensure that you comply with the legal age requirements for participating in the game, as well as to verify your identity for security and compliance purposes. Additionally, all information provided during your registration to the Bluball Game must be accurate and complete in all respects. This ensures that player data is correct and up-to-date, which is essential for ensuring a seamless and legitimate gaming experience. It is important to provide accurate information during registration, as incorrect or misleading information could result in account suspension or other issues during the processing of financial transactions.

1.1.7 By agreeing to participate in the Bluball Game, you expressly authorize the Bluball Game, as well as its designated agents, at any time and as needed, to confirm your identity and your right to use the Bluball Credits that you wager as part of the game.

1.1.8 You may not open and/or maintain more than one Player account at a time. The use of multiple accounts simultaneously is prohibited to ensure the integrity of the game and prevent any abusive or fraudulent use.

1.1.9 Bluball Credits held by a player in the Bluball Game are transferable between accounts owned by other players (Third Parties). This feature allows players to exchange, give, or transfer their Bluball Credits to other participants of the Bluball Game using the dedicated tab on the Bluball website, called "Transfer Credits," as well as the option "Sell Credits on Bluball Market." To perform these transfers, a minimum number of Bluball Credits is required. Each player making a transfer can only transfer Bluball Credits resulting from their winnings in Bluball draws. It is important to note that the policies governing the transfer of Bluball Credits may be subject to specific restrictions or conditions, which may be periodically defined by Bluball.

1.1.10 The Bluball Game reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to transfer any Bluball Credits belonging to a Bluball Game Player to another Third-Party Player of the Bluball Game.

1.1.11 The Bluball Game has the right to verify account information at any time and to suspend the account pending adequate verification. This is done to ensure the security and integrity of the game, as well as to comply with player protection regulations. It is the player's responsibility to keep their registration information up to date. If the player changes their address, phone number, or any other personal contact information.

1.1.12 By participating in the game, you agree to receive communications from the Bluball Game and its marketing agents. This means you consent to receive communications such as emails, promotional messages, new product announcements, special offers, and other information related to the Bluball Game and associated activities. It is important to note that you have the option to unsubscribe from these marketing communications at any time if you wish to do so. Most marketing communications will include unsubscribe or preference management options to allow you to control the types of communications you receive from the Bluball Game.

1.1.13 The Bluball Game does not allow players to play on credit. Playing on credit means that the player places bets or wagers with funds that are not actually available in their account.

1.1.14 The Bluball Game allows you to choose your own email that will serve as your username, as well as to choose your own password. It is essential to create a strong and secure password and keep this information confidential. All actions performed through your account will be considered valid if your username and password have been correctly entered, including all activities such as bets, wagers, and financial transactions, including losses of Bluball Credits and/or finances. Sharing passwords or using easily guessable passwords can compromise the security of your account and result in negative consequences such as loss of Bluball Credits or funds.

1.1.15 By registering for the Bluball Game, you are deemed to have accepted and understood all rules, terms, and conditions displayed on the website www.bluball.com. This means that you acknowledge that you will be bound by these rules and commit to complying with them throughout your participation in the game. It is recommended for all members and Players of the Bluball Game to print (or save in a file) all transaction records, game rules, cancellation policies, and Bluball Credit transfer policies. This may be useful for later reference and to stay informed about current policies and procedures. Backing up transaction records and game policies can also be important to keep track of your gaming activities and to resolve any potential issues or disputes that may arise.

1.1.16 When using a debit card for transactions on the Bluball Game website, the cardholder's name must match the name used when registering the Player account on the site. If the name of the debit cardholder does not match the registered name, the account may be suspended for security reasons. When an account is suspended, it is essential to contact the Bluball Game customer service via the email address support@bluball.com for details on the verification process. Verification is usually required to ensure the identity and authenticity of the account information and to prevent fraudulent use of debit cards.

1.1.17 The Bluball Game has an obligation to hand over Bluball Credits to Players within a reasonable time, in accordance with its transfer policies and procedures. If Bluball Credits are transferred to players in an uncontested manner and these credits are pending transfer, but players do not respond or comply with transfer requirements, the Bluball Game reserves the right to reverse these Bluball Credits to the Bluball Game account. It is essential for players to adhere to the transfer requirements and deadlines set by the Bluball Game to avoid inconvenience or loss of Bluball Credits. If transfers are canceled for any reason, the corresponding Bluball Credits will become available again to play in the Bluball Game. The Bluball Game disclaims all responsibility for Bluball Credits used or lost due to non-compliance with transfer requirements or established policies.

1.1.18 If you do not wish to have Bluball Credits made available to you, you have the option to activate certain game management features in your account. These features include "Game Limit" and/or "Self-Exclusion." (A) The "Game Limit" allows you to set limits on your bets and wagers for a specific period. You can choose a maximum amount that you are willing to spend within a certain period, and once that limit is reached, you will not be able to make additional bets until the next period. (B) "Self-Exclusion" allows you to voluntarily exclude yourself from the game for a determined period. You can choose the duration of self-exclusion, such as for a week, a month, or more, and during this period, you will not be able to access your account or participate in the game.

1.1.19 When registering for the Bluball Game, all applicants may receive an email to the registered email address for account activation. This email will typically contain a link or instructions to activate the account. Account activation is an essential step to allow players full access to the game and all available features. If the account is not activated and the activation process is not completed, the Bluball Game reserves the right to suspend all activities on the account until account details are verified.

1.1.20 Bluball Credits held in your account will not earn interest.

1.2 YOUR GUARANTEES

1.2.1 You guarantee and represent, and we conclude this Agreement based on these representations and warranties, all of which are important at the time of your conclusion of this Agreement and throughout its duration, that:

1.2.1.1 You have the legal capacity to participate in the Bluball Game in your jurisdiction.

1.2.1.2 You are an adult who has reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

1.2.1.3 You must not allow a third party, especially a minor, to directly or indirectly use your player account, use the software, or accept Bluball Credits.

1.2.1.4 You have provided valid, accurate, and complete personal information when creating your player account.

1.2.1.5 You certify that you are the true and legitimate owner of the Bluball Credits and that you play in the Bluball Game in accordance with the rules and conditions of the Bluball Game. You must not use Bluball Credits belonging to other individuals or third parties without authorization and must comply with the Bluball Game's rules regarding the use and management of Bluball Credits.

1.2.1.6 You must not deposit or use any money and/or Bluball Credits in the game from any illegal activities.

1.2.1.7 You must pay all amounts due to the Bluball Game. When making payments for purchases of Bluball Credits or any other game-related transactions, you must comply with the payment terms established by the Bluball Game.

1.2.1.8 You have read and understood the Rules, Terms, and Conditions set forth by the Bluball Game. By agreeing to play the game, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these rules and conditions. This includes all specific policies, procedures, and requirements related to the game, credits, payments, privacy, and other aspects of the service.

1.2.1.9 You play the Bluball Game on an individual basis and for personal entertainment only. This means that you may not participate in the Bluball Game for professional purposes or in conjunction with other players as part of a club, group, or organization.

1.2.2 If you violate the warranty contained in clause 1.2.1 above, all transactions you have made will be canceled, meaning they will be deemed null and void. As a result, you will lose all Bluball Credits due to you because of these transactions and/or participation.

1.3 REFUSAL OF REGISTRATION, DEREGISTRATION, EXCLUSION & SUSPENSION

1.3.1 The Bluball Game reserves the right to refuse your registration as a player, to deregister, exclude, or suspend you as a player of the Bluball Game at any time. If such action is taken, written notice will generally be provided, indicating the appropriate reasons for this decision.

1.4 CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION, EXCLUSION, OR SUSPENSION

1.4.1 If you are deregistered, excluded, or suspended from the Bluball Game and believe that it has been unfair or wish to contest this decision, you have the right to file a complaint with the regulatory department of the Bluball Game. You can send your complaint by email to the following address: support@bluball.com.

1.4.2 If you do not file a complaint with the regulatory department of the Bluball Game within thirty (30) days from the date you were deregistered, excluded, or suspended from the game, the game will have the right to take certain actions:

1.4.2.1 The right to withhold funds and/or Credits in your favor of any contested funds and/or Credits, whether they are refunds, payments, or otherwise; and/or

1.4.2.2 exclude you from the Bluball Game; and/or

1.4.2.3 solely determine the criteria you must meet to open a new player account in the Bluball Game; and/or

1.4.2.4 in case of fraudulent, illegal, or similar conduct on your part or failure to pay any sum and/or Bluball Credits owed to us; and/or

1.4.2.4.1 in case of loss of contested funds and/or Bluball Credits that you may derive from fraudulent, illegal, or similar conduct.

1.4.3 If you file a complaint with the regulatory department of the Bluball Game within the first thirty (30) days from the date you were deregistered, excluded, or suspended from the game, the regulatory department will review your request within thirty (30) days from your complaint. It is important to note that payment of contested funds and/or Credits, of any nature, will be made only if the regulatory department of the game confirms acceptance of your complaint.

1.5 INACTIVE ACCOUNTS AND INACTIVE CREDIT BALANCES

1.5.1 It is understood that the provisions of Clause 1.5 apply only to player accounts of the Bluball Game that are considered as inactive accounts.

1.5.2 Any credit balance on an inactive player's account may, at the sole and absolute discretion of the Bluball Game, be managed by the Bluball Game as follows:

1.5.2.1 An administration fee equivalent to 10 Bluball Credits from this credit balance will be deducted monthly until the earlier of the following dates; and/or

1.5.2.1.1 The credit balance is reduced to zero credits; and/or

1.5.2.1.2 The Inactive Account becomes active.

1.5.3 Notwithstanding and despite compliance with any gameplay requirement, the Bluball Game reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to confiscate all Bluball Credits that remain unused by a player for a period of six months from the date the player's account becomes inactive.

1.6 MONEY LAUNDERING

1.6.1 The Bluball Game may be subject to strict anti-money laundering laws in certain jurisdictions, which may result in the obligation to report certain transactions to federal or local authorities if the game knows, suspects, or has reason to suspect that these transactions involve funds from illegal activities or are intended to conceal funds from illegal activities, or if they involve the use of the Bluball Game to facilitate criminal activities. The Bluball Game reserves the right to fully cooperate with authorities and take all necessary measures to comply with applicable anti-money laundering and criminal activities laws and regulations. In case of doubts about your activities or any suspicious transaction, the Bluball Game may be required to report such information to the relevant authorities in accordance with the law.

1.6.2 If we have knowledge or suspicions as referred to in point 1.6.1 above, we may:

1.6.2.1 Suspend, deregister, or terminate your Bluball Game account immediately; and/or

1.6.2.2 At our sole discretion, not refund you any funds and/or Bluball Credits held in that account; and/or

1.6.3 We reserve the right to report you to the abovementioned federal or local authorities if we, in our sole discretion, determine that we are required to do so under the law.

1.6.4 To assist in the prevention of money laundering:

1.6.4.1 No cash amount will be accepted to fund an account in the Bluball Game;

1.6.4.2 No substantial and/or exceptional transfer, individually and cumulatively, will be made unless notarized copies of the following items are received by email;

1.6.4.3 Requesting the most recent bank statement and/or most recent Debit Card statement from the account from which your Player Account was funded with Credits;

1.6.4.4 Requesting a copy of a government-issued photo ID from Your Jurisdiction, i.e., current and valid driver's license, passport, identity card, etc.;

1.6.4.5 Requesting a copy of a Utility Bill dating back less than 6 months clearly indicating your registered address and name, i.e., the most recent bank statement, gas or electricity bill, etc.

1.7 PUBLICITY

1.7.1 By playing the Bluball Game, if you win a number of Credits or any other prize deemed by the Bluball Game as worthy of publicity, you agree to make yourself available for any such event organized by the Bluball Game. The Bluball Game will make every effort to protect your privacy in accordance with the applicable privacy rules and policies. This means that if you win a prize or a significant number of Credits, the Bluball Game will only disclose your first name and possibly use a photo of a model on your behalf for publicity purposes.

1.7.2 Without prejudice to the generality of clause 1.7.1 above, you hereby grant the Bluball Game the right to use your first name in any advertising regarding your above-mentioned win. Additionally, the Bluball Game may use a photo of a model on your behalf as part of this advertising.

1.8. YOUR CONSENT

1.8.1 Phone calls you make using the Bluball Game Service may be recorded or monitored for quality and/or security purposes. By using this Service, you consent to the recording or monitoring of your phone calls. This recording or monitoring practice may be implemented by the Bluball Game for customer service quality purposes, to improve user experience, and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. It may also be used for security purposes to prevent fraudulent or illegal activities.

1.8.2 The Bluball Game may collect and record all internet communications, including details of transactions you make on the Website and details of your visits to the Website. This collection and recording may be done to monitor and secure activities on the Website, protect players against fraudulent activities, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, improve customer service quality, and optimize the overall player experience. By using the Website and participating in the Bluball Game, you consent to the collection and recording of such information as described in the Bluball Game's terms and conditions and in their privacy policy.

1.8.3 By registering a Player account, you hereby consent to us contacting you through all available means of communication, whether in written or verbal form, including but not limited to emails, phone calls, and SMS, regarding matters relating to your account. If you wish to unsubscribe from any or all forms of communication, please notify us via email at the following address: support@bluball.com. By contacting us through this channel, we will take your request into account and remove you from specific communication lists based on your preferences.

1.8.4 If you unsubscribe, or if you are already unsubscribed, from our general promotional materials, please note that you will still receive commercial communications from us. Please allow up to 7 business days to be removed from our mailing lists. If you have any questions or concerns regarding any of the legal provisions or wish to seek further clarification on our communication practices, feel free to contact us via email at the following address: support@bluball.com.

1.9 USE OF AUTOMATED PLAYERS ("BOTS") AND ILLEGAL SOFTWARE

1.9.1 The use and abuse of bugs, bots, or any other form of artificial intelligence in any of the software or services provided on the Bluball Game platform and website are considered illegal and strictly prohibited.

1.9.2 The use of software or methods to influence or modify the outcome of Bluball Game games for profit is strictly prohibited. These practices, known as "cheating" or "fraud," compromise the fairness of the game and harm the gaming experience of other players.

1.9.3 The Bluball Game will take all necessary measures to prevent and suppress the use and/or abuse of bugs, bots, or any other form of artificial intelligence by a player. These measures may include blocking the player's account, freezing funds and/or Bluball Credits. The use of unauthorized methods to gain an undue advantage in the game is considered a serious violation of Bluball Game rules and may result in legal and financial consequences for the player involved. The Bluball Game also reserves the right to pursue legal action if necessary.

2. THE SERVICE

2.1 The Bluball Game disclaims all responsibility for downtime, server interruptions, delays, or any technical or policy-related disruptions of the game. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of your Internet service provider or any third party with whom you have contracted to access the server that hosts the Website. The software and services are provided "as is," and the Bluball Game makes no warranty or representation, express or implied, whether by law, statute, or otherwise. This includes, without limitation, implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, completeness, or accuracy of the software/services, or the violation of applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the use, quality, and performance of the software/services. The Bluball Game assumes no responsibility for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website and the software/services, whatever they may be.

2.2 We will not be held responsible for computer malfunctions, telecommunication service failures, or Internet connections, nor for any attempts by you to participate in the Bluball Game through methods, means, or ways not intended by us. You are solely responsible for all devices and telecommunications services you use to participate in the Bluball Game. The Bluball Game cannot guarantee that the website, software, and/or services will meet all your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the software or server making it available are free of viruses or bugs. The Bluball Game does not guarantee the full functionality, accuracy, and reliability of the website, software, and/or services, nor the results or accuracy of any information obtained by you. In case of system or communication errors related to the generation of random numbers, game rules, or any other element of the product, we will not be held liable to you for such errors, and we reserve the right to cancel the Bluball Game and all games related to the Bluball Game.

2.3 We cannot guarantee that the service will always be free of defects, but we commit to correcting reported defects as soon as possible. If you encounter a defect or problem, please report it to customer service at the email address support@bluball.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible and provide you with a satisfactory gaming experience.

2.3.1 The Bluball Game accepts no responsibility for any alleged damage or loss arising from or in connection with the Website or the services, including, without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or line failures, misuse of the site or its content by any person, or any errors or omissions in the content. It is important to note that the use of the website and services is at your own risk, and the Bluball Game does not guarantee that the site will be free of defects or issues. You are solely responsible for taking necessary precautions to protect your data and devices when using the site and services. In case of any issues or incidents, please contact our customer service to inform us, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

2.3.2 We reserve the right to refuse or limit any game at our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever. In the event that a bet is declared void by us at our discretion, any Bluball Credits deducted from your account regarding that bet will be credited back to your account. Please note that games will only be valid if accepted by our server and subject to our agreement. Until acceptance, no communication from you will engage us, and all information displayed on this site is an invitation to play. In the event of a malfunction, whether on the website or on your equipment, this cancels all payments and all games. If, in exceptional circumstances, we decide to deviate from a rule in the interest of fair play towards you, it will not create a precedent for the future and will remain a one-time decision.

Otherwise, you waive and abandon forever any right you may have to enforce such a claim after the prescription period and confirm that upon the expiration of the prescription period, such claim shall be null and void and waived in law.

10.13 ASSIGNMENT 
These general terms and conditions are personal to you and may not be assigned, transferred, or sublicensed by you without our prior written consent. However, we reserve the right to assign, transfer, or delegate our rights and obligations under these general terms and conditions to a third party without notice.

10.14 BUSINESS TRANSFERS 
In the event of a change of control, merger, acquisition, or sale of the company's assets, your Player account and associated data may be part of the assets transferred to the acquirer. In such an event, we will provide you with notice via email and/or on our Website explaining your options regarding the Transfer of your account. You will have the opportunity to make decisions concerning your account in accordance with the instructions provided during the transfer.

10.15 ACCOUNT TERMINATION 
The Bluball Game reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason, at any time, and without notice. Any balance of Bluball Credits in your account at the time of such cancellation may be credited and transferred to another Bluball Player's account of your choice belonging to a Third Party. However, the Bluball Game reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel any winnings and Credit Transfers and confiscate any Credits from a Bluball Game account in any of the following circumstances:

1. If you have more than one active account;
2. If the name on your account does not match the name on the debit card(s) used to make deposits into the account;
3. If you participate in a promotion and/or Credit rebate program and cash out before fulfilling the conditions of that particular promotion;
4. If you provide incorrect or misleading registration information;
5. If you are not of legal age;
6. If you are domiciled, reside, and/or work in a jurisdiction where participation in games is prohibited by law;
7. If you have authorized or allowed (intentionally or unintentionally) someone else to play on your account;
8. If you have not played the Bluball Game individually for your personal entertainment only (i.e., you have played in a professional manner or in concert with other Players as part of a club, group, etc.);
9. If Bluball Game has received chargebacks or refunds through a deposit mechanism used on your account,
10. If you are found collaborating, cheating, money laundering, or engaging in fraudulent activity;
11. If it is determined that you have employed or used a system (including machines, computers, software, or other automated systems) specifically designed to defeat the Bluball Game;
12. If you use the Website or your account in bad faith;
13. If you make sexually explicit or offensive statements in any of our customer support channels, including expressions of sectarianism, racism, sexism, harassment of any kind, hate speech, obscenities, or threats of violence.

10.16 ACCOUNT CLOSURE
If you wish to close your account, you must activate the "Delete my account" tab and/or contact Customer Service directly.

10.17 BLUBALL GAME'S FINAL DECISION
In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the website and/or the player's account (the customer) and the Bluball Game's server software, the result displayed on the Bluball Game's server software will prevail and be deemed the official and final result. This rule is in place to ensure the integrity and fairness of the game by guaranteeing that final results are based on information provided by the central server of the game, which is considered the authoritative source.

10.18 SYMBOL
The use of the symbol C$ on the Bluball Game's website is solely intended to represent Bluball Credits used in the context of the game and has no real monetary value. By accepting these Rules, Terms, and Conditions, you understand and agree that the C$ symbol used on the Bluball Game's website does not represent real monetary value.

10.19 FORCE MAJEURE
The Bluball Game shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under the Terms of Use if such event is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

1. Acts of God: This may include natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, fires, hurricanes, volcanic eruptions, etc.

In such cases, the Bluball Game shall not be held responsible for the consequences of these unforeseen events and will make every effort to resolve issues as promptly as possible. Players must understand that these events are beyond the control of the Bluball Game and that delays or disruptions may occur due to these exceptional circumstances.

10.20 NO AGENCY
These general terms and conditions do not create any agency, partnership, trust agreement, fiduciary relationship, or any other form of joint enterprise between you (the player) and the Bluball Game. The general terms and conditions establish the terms and conditions governing the use of the Bluball Game's website and associated services, but they do not create any specific legal relationship other than that of a player using the website in accordance with the stated rules.

10.21 EXPLANATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

11. BLUBALL GAME MOBILE NETWORK

11.1 NETWORK OPERATOR AND OTHER FEES
You are solely responsible for all fees associated with your connection, usage, or other services provided by your network operator while participating in the Bluball Game, downloading the software, or communicating with us. These fees will not be included in the Bluball Game and the games placed on the Bluball website, and you must inquire with your network operator about the applicable rates for your use of the services. The Bluball Game shall not be responsible for costs incurred with your network operator.

11.2 CONNECTIVITY
You are solely responsible for providing and maintaining all telecommunications devices, networks, GPRS, internet access services, as well as all necessary permissions and consents to use the Bluball Game. You must ensure that you have all the appropriate equipment and services to access the Bluball Game and participate in game activities. The Bluball Game shall not be responsible for any technical issues related to your equipment or internet access. You are also responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and the security of your internet connection.

11.3 SPECIFIC PROVISIONS
