How Gift Cards Work
To participate in the Bluball game, you must first add funds to your user account using a gift card and/or a Bluball coupon (alphanumeric code) obtained from one of our authorized partner retailers. Each gift card or code is unique and secure. Once the funds are added to your account, you can immediately start participating in the Bluball game.
Obtaining a Gift Card
You can obtain a gift card and/or a Bluball coupon (alphanumeric code) from one of our authorized retailers. Coupons (alphanumeric codes) are delivered by the retailer via SMS or email to reduce our environmental footprint and ensure enhanced security. These products are offered and sold directly by our authorized retail partners.
Using a Gift Card
To get started, make sure you are logged into your user account. Scratch your gift card and scan the QR code using your mobile phone, then follow the instructions to confirm the addition. For a coupon (alphanumeric code), you can also go to the Manage my Credits section via the My Account menu, then click on the “Bluball Coupon” tab, enter the 15-character code, and confirm.

To update your personal information:
- In the main menu, click on « My Account »
- Update your personal information and/or your address, and press « Save »
To set limits for your gameplay:
- In the main menu, hover over the « My Account » menu.
- Then click on « Game Limits »
Three options are available to set limits for your gameplay:
- Limit your weekly deposits; Select the desired amount and press « Apply Game Limits »
- Temporarily suspend your account; Select the « Self-Exclusion » option and press "Confirm Self-Exclusion »
- Permanently delete your account; Choose « Delete your account » and remove your user account by clicking on « Delete my account »
To change your password:
- In the main menu, click on « My Account »
- Then click on « Security »
- Change your password by starting with entering your current password, then enter and confirm your new password.
- Click on « Change Password »
To enable two-factor authentication:
- In the main menu, click on « My Account »
- Choose « Security Settings »
- Click on « Enable Two-Factor Authentication »
- You will need to add and verify your mobile phone number first.
- A confirmation code will be sent to you via SMS to validate your number.
- Enter the code when prompted.
Your two-factor authentication is now enabled. A 6-digit code will be sent to you via SMS upon each login to confirm your identity.
You can add credits to your account via Interac e-Transfer, cryptocurrency, a Bluball gift card, or a Bluball coupon purchased from one of our authorized retailers.
To fund credits into your account:
- In the main menu, click on « My Account »
- Then click on « Manage Credits »
Choose your payment method: Interac e-Transfer, cryptocurrency, gift card, or Bluball coupon.

Bluball Credit Redemption
Bluball credits are issued as part of a promotional program and have no monetary value. They are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may only be used for the purposes outlined within the program. Credits do not constitute currency or a monetary equivalent and cannot be exchanged for FIAT money.
Redemption for Promotional Rewards

- A confirmation email will be sent, allowing you to select from our range of available items
- Selected items will be delivered to the provided address. Certain restrictions may apply depending on the delivery area
Access to Certain Promotional Digital Benefits
In some cases, credits may provide access to digital benefits, including digital assets such as Bitcoin, strictly within a promotional context.

To purchase credits in large quantities:
- In the main menu, click on « My Account »
- Then click on « Manage Credits »
- Go to the “Buy Credits” section and choose “Bluball Bulk”
Enter the number of credits you wish to purchase. The equivalent amount to be paid in Bitcoin will be automatically displayed for the transaction. Click “Confirm” to proceed with the payment.
You will receive a confirmation email when the transaction is completed.
